A bit about me

I’m a licensed clinical social worker providing individual therapy for adults of all ages and backgrounds. I meet with clients in person in Los Angeles, CA and virtually throughout California (license #133323) and Texas (license #103435).

You can expect me to bring my authentic self into sessions, providing an inclusive space for you to be fully seen and heard without judgment. I find that it is easier to examine the challenging parts of ourselves when in the presence of compassion. We will collaborate to focus on what’s important to you, and create new space for growth, clarity, and change. We may also laugh together, when appropriate, because I believe in its power to heal and connect us.

I am likely to be enjoying the sunshine, playing music, watercolor painting, and spending time with my partner and our energetic pup.

    • Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Clinical Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin

    • 3,000+ hours of clinical experience and 100 hours of clinical supervision to obtain full licensure

  • My approach is relational, attachment-oriented, rooted in psychodynamic therapy and self compassion. I have also received training in:
