A bit about me

I’m a licensed therapist with a passion for helping people feel like themselves again, especially after life has dealt a difficult hand. I have years of experience walking with clients through grief after loss, finding relief from chronic stress and burnout, and navigating challenging dynamics in relationships.

I provide individual therapy for adults of all ages and backgrounds. I meet with clients virtually which gives the flexibility to meet with clients throughout California and Texas from the comfort of their homes.

You can expect me to bring my authentic self into sessions, providing an inclusive space for you to be fully seen and heard without judgment. I find that it is easier to examine the challenging parts of ourselves when in the presence of compassion. We will collaborate to focus on what’s important to you, and create new space for growth, clarity, and change. We may also laugh together, when appropriate, because I believe in its power to heal and connect us.
