A bit about me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), earning both my Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin. I have been practicing since 2018, and my clinical experience has ranged from grief support at Hospice Austin, mental health crisis intervention as an emergency room social worker, and psychotherapy as a staff counselor to clients working through anxiety and depression, self-acceptance, finding meaning after loss, borderline personality traits, self-harm, and interpersonal dynamics.

I am committed to continuously learning and sharpening my skills as a therapist. I have received training in modalities including but not limited to Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and am rooted in psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, and polyvagal theory.

In my free time

I am likely to be enjoying the sunshine, playing music, watercolor painting, and spending time with my partner and our energetic pup.
