Grief Support

Grief takes many forms. Sometimes it rushes in like a tidal wave, threatening to take us out to sea. Other times it laps at our feet, gently prodding us to feel it fully.
Ocean metaphors aside, grief is a human response to losing someone or something we care about and can leave us feeling isolated and overwhelmed. In our work together, my hope is for you to feel seen, and to know that you are not alone. We will walk through it together and find meaning on the other side.

Excerpt from “In Blackwater Woods"
by Mary Oliver:

“To live in this world
you must be able
to do three things:
to love what is mortal;
to hold it against your bones knowing
your own life depends on it;
and, when the time comes to let it go,
to let it go.”
